Vincent James Ryan

Vincent Ryan ( born July 1, 1884 in Arlington, Wisconsin, USA, † November 10, 1951 ) was bishop of Bismarck.

Life

Vincent James Ryan received on 7 June 1912, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On March 19, 1940, he was named by Pope Pius XII. Bishop of Bismarck. The Bishop of Fargo, Aloysius Muench, donated to him on 28 May of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Saint Cloud, Joseph Francis Busch, and the Bishop of Duluth, Thomas Anthony Welch.
