Vladimir Selkov

Vladimir Vladimirovich Selkow (Russian: Владимир Владимирович Сельков; born April 1, 1971) is a former swimmer from Russia.

He could win at World and European Championships over the situation back numerous titles. However, an Olympic gold medal he never had in his career, as it comes with Martín López- Zubero next to him nor was another successful backstroke swimmer in the 1990s. At the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992, he won ( behind López- Zubero ) silver medal in the 200m backstroke and the 4 x 100 m relay, four years later in Atlanta handed it with the relay back "only" to silver.
