VW Routan (2009)
The VW Routan is a MPVs model of the Volkswagen brand. It was manufactured from spring 2008 for the North American market in the Chrysler plant in Windsor in Canada.
As the base engine was a 3.8 -liter V6 petrol engine with 145 kW ( 197 hp). Then there was only one engine: a 3.6-liter V6 with 283 hp.
In the course of 2013 ended production.
The Routan was derived by badge engineering of the introduced in spring 2008, the fifth generation of the Chrysler Voyager. He was greater than the VW Sharan, was ( about 22,000 € ) offered in the U.S. However, from U.S. $ 27,000. The smaller Sharan started while in Germany from € 28,725.
