Voodoo People was the ninth single release of the English big beat and breakcore band The Prodigy. She appeared in August 1994.

Publication
The title was the third single from the album Music For The Jilted Generation. It was also released as a 12 " single, and in the U.S. as an EP on the label Mute Records.
On the British publication, there was a remix of the band The Chemical Brothers, designated at that time still under the well-known U.S. duo The Dust Brothers. Due to the single release and its burgeoning popularity threatened the American Dust Brothers legal action to what the English duo in 1995, renamed The Chemical Brothers and the remix was renamed on the mute release in the U.S.. A short sample in the remix was also changed in the American version.
Music Video
The video was produced under Walter Stern and recorded on Haiti.
Samples
The basic riff is based on a sample of the band Nirvana from the song Very Ape from their third studio album In Utero.
