Washington (West Sussex)

Washington is a municipality in the district of Horsham in West Sussex, England. It is located about eight kilometers west of Steyning and five kilometers east of Storrington on the highway A 24 at the edge of the South Downs. Washington has an Anglican church, dedicated to Saint Mary. Infrastructural offers the community a primary school and a community center with adjoining sports field.
