Wasungen-Amt Sand

In the administration of Community Wasungen official sand from the Thuringian district Schmalkalden- Meiningen, eleven municipalities have joined together to do their administrative business. The original ten municipalities took effect on 1 January 2012 the municipality Schwallungen.

Office of the Management Community is Wasungen.

Historical namesake, the hen Berg, later the Duchy of Saxe-Meiningen associated offices Wasungen and sand, which included most of the places.
