Wayne Jackson (singer)

Wayne Jackson ( born June 23, 1971 in Manchester, United Kingdom ) is a Berlin-based singer, producer and songwriter.

Biography

At the beginning of his career, Jackson was the frontman of the UK folk - rock band The Dostoyevsky, which at Go! Discs was under contract. Together few EPs and an album called Orange were published. Jackson published in 2005 together with Paul van Dyk, the single The Other Side. Also on Van Dyk's album In Between 2007 erschienenem he was represented as a guest singer with the song Stormy Skies. Together with Olsen Involtini he stepped on erschienenem 2006 album Bingo and the 2009 released album code B as one of the co-producers of Bela Bs. He also accompanied Bela B. on his tours in 2006 and 2007 as a guitarist of his live band " Los Helmstedt ". In the published August 31, 2007 Album Emigrate with the same album title Wayne Jackson was also involved. Jackson's first solo album, The Long Goodbye, which was produced by Michael Ilbert, was released on August 15, 2008. From mid-August to mid-September 2008 Jackson's song Shine On was used by the TV station RTL as background music in all of its trailers at the start of the TV season 2008/ 09. On 13 November 2009 Jackson's first single Hallelujah was released from the published 12 February 2010 album Undercover Psycho. In February 2010, he was on Undercover Psycho Tour. As support accompanied him Duncan Townsend. In May 2010, he played as Support Tour Train. On 9 July 2010, the single Bad Romance, a cover of Lady Gaga hits published. In 2012 he founded together with Lula a new band, The Dead Lovers.
