Webb (crater)

Webb is an impact crater on the Moon's front page on the eastern edge of the Mare Tranquillitatis, to the north of the crater Langrenus and south of Apollonius. The rim is irregular in shape, the interior largely flat.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the British astronomer Thomas William Webb.
