Wełdkówko

Wełdkówko ( German name. Voldekow Klein ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It belongs to the municipality Tychowo ( Tychowo ) in a circle Białogard ( Belgard ).

Geographical Location

Wełdkówko located 38 kilometers southeast of the county town Białogard and eleven kilometers northeast of Tychowo near the province road No. 169 ( Białogard - ) Byszyno ( Boissin ) - Tychowo - Głodawa ( Goldbeck ) (- Bobolice ( Biblitz ) ) with Anzweig in Warnino. The nearest train station is Tychowo at the track Kolobrzeg ( Kolberg) - Białogard - Szczecinek ( Pommern ) - Pila ( Pila ) - Poznań ( Posen).

Ortskunde

Small Voldekow was until 1928 an independent Gutsbezirk, the (now Polish: Warnino ) then in the newly formed rural community Warnin was incorporated. The community Warnin formed until 1945 with the community Kowalk ( Kowalki ) the office, registry office and police district Warnin in the District Court area Belgard ( Białogard ) in the district Belgard ( Persante ).

In early March 1945, the site was occupied by Russian troops. As a result of the war, the town was Polish. The German population was expelled, and today Wełdkówko is part of Gmina Tychowo in powiat Białogardzki.

Church

By 1945 the parish was small Voldekow in the parish Schwellin and belonged to the church district Bublitz ( Bobolice ) of the Ecclesiastical Province of Pomerania in the Protestant Church of the Old Prussian Union.

Today Wełdkówko is integrated into the parish Koszalin ( Koszalin ) in the Diocese of Pomerania - Greater Poland the Polish Evangelical-Augsburg Church.
