When I Think of You is a song by Janet Jackson from 1986, which was written by her and the duo Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. It appeared on the album Control.

History

When I Think of You is about a person who expresses her thoughts about her lover in the form of a lyric ego. The publication took place on 28 July 1986.

1995 saw a remix of David Morales, which can be found on the B-side of Janet Jackson Runaway.

Music Video

The director of the music video led Julien Temple. At the beginning of the video clip make people spring cleaning, then some police officers a couple of guys who sleep in a Ford Thunderbird, and distribute these. After the tumult of the people grabs the " dancing mood ." Then you see Janet Jackson on a balcony when she joins the dance-happy. Between Background dancers she walks through a part of the neighborhood, happened while a party, a restaurant and photographed. In the rest of the video she goes through another part of the district and dancing a choreography. Jackson's nephew TJ and Taryll Jackson also had a cameo in the clip.
