Wild Mouse roller coaster

The Wild Mouse is a medium sized roller coaster with no inversions. Usually, the plants have a compact rectangular base. Typical are the so-called mouse curves - relatively tight curves without cant and transition curve. When passing through these curves, the impression is created that the carriage is supported from the curve or you get out on the curve. This effect is reinforced by the fact that the car is wider than the rail and you can no longer see as passengers in cornering. Another driving elements come short runs and small hills, known Bunnyhops before.

In rollercoasters type wild mouse single vehicles are always used, which can be occupied by a maximum of four people. In modern systems unilimb car with four seats are common in two rows. Older tracks often have cars for two people, in which the passengers sit behind one another. With some savages mice there are also wagons with the fitted with the seats superstructure against the undercarriage around the vertical axis rotates (so-called spinning coaster ).

The railways use a block system with multiple separated by block brake sections. This can drive at the same time always several cars.

There are both wooden and steel versions of the Wild Mouse. There are both stationary equipment in amusement parks as well as portable systems for folk festivals spread. Some of the tracks are double lined with mirror-image route. Depending on the need both or only a single roller coaster can then be constructed.

It is striking that many sheets of this type also have the name Wild Mouse or the equivalent in the respective national language.

E-Motion Coaster

A further development of the Wild Mouse is by its manufacturer ( Mack Rides) so-called e -motion coaster. The superstructure rotatably mounted on the undercarriage in this design not only on the vertical axis, they can also be relative to the longitudinal and transverse axis tilt. Used car with six seats ( three rows of two seats). An example of an e-Motion Coaster Tulireki is in Finnish Linnanmaki.
