Wildfire (TV series)
Wildfire is an American television series about Kris Furillo, an initially 18- year old girl who manages after a prison were serving a fresh start in equestrian sports. The series includes a total of four squadrons each with 13 episodes. The radiance at the American cable channel ABC Family began on 20 June 2005 and ended on 26 May 2008, when the series was discontinued because of lower rates. The German channel VOX beamed the series of 5 November 2008 to January 27, 2009 for the first time from. Since September 2011, the series airs again on VOX.
The title song Morning Light is sung by the band Truman.

The horse trainer Pablo Betart ( Greg Serano ) learns as part of a rehabilitation program, a juvenile detention center, the 18 -year-old Kris Furillo ( Genevieve Cortese ), who became convicted of car theft. Pablo immediately recognizes her unusual talent in dealing with the horses and so he persuades his boss Jean Ritter ( Nana Visitor ), Kris after detention on the record Raintree Farm. Raintree is facing economic problems because jeans ex-husband the farm has financially because of his gambling debts bleed them dry.
As soon as she is on Raintree, begins between jeans son Matthew ( Micah Alberti ) and his childhood friend Kenneth Walter Davis Jr., Junior ( Ryan Sypek ) A contest for Kris ' favor. This competition is mainly used by Juniors father Ken ( James Read ), chief of the competing " Davis Farm," and his sister Danielle (Nicole Tubiola ) not recorded with benevolence. In Dani's case this is mainly driven by their jealousy, because her brother once again heard all the attention of her father and because she herself once was with Matt.
Kris, however, at first only has eyes for Wildfire, a particularly spirited stallion who owned her heart from the first moment.

Kristin " Kris " Furillo ( Genevieve Cortese ) Kris spent for aggravated car theft some time in juvenile detention in the juvenile detention center Camp LaGrange. Here she learned to ride. She has a special connection to Wildfire, a horse that has saved it from the butcher, and helped to make him a racehorse. Later, she falls in love with Junior, she has previously rejected many times. The relationship between the two is a step in the fractions because Junior Tina Sharp, the jockey who should start at the Sandpiper Race for Raintree, had poached. Although Kris did not win the Sandpiper Race, Kerry Connelly is aware of them. She makes him to her manager. Between the two, a relationship develops. But instead of making Kris happy, he takes the money from Kris and Raintree and would disappear. However, it crashes with the plane and arrested from the hospital on his release. Between this event and the tenth episode of the third season, it always comes to kissing between Kris and Junior. Then leaves Kris Raintree and lives for several months in a motel in Colorado. When Matt wants to get her back, she makes it clear that the relationship is over. When she learns that Junior is in love with another, she is very unhappy. When Matt her even says that Wildfire is always running worse times, it decides to secretly return. At the end of the series, she marries junior, whom she loved more than any other with which it was composed.
Danielle " Dani " Davis (Nicole Tubiola ) Daughter of Ken Davis, Sr., and younger half- sister of Junior. Dani had formerly their own team. After her father was accused of falsifying accounts, she took over the majority of shares in the Davis farm. Dani wants very much to get love from her father. She was loved Really only by Bull Rider RJ Blake. He died after he was taken from a bull by the horns. After she lost her racing license, when it took over responsibility for an illegal race, she returned to her father and the Davis Farm to the back and built a horse clinic. There, her veterinarian Dr. Noah Gleason in love with her. But Dani would no fixed relationship, because it is not yet over RJ's death away. Jean Ritter ( Nana Visitor ) It is Matt's and Todd's mother and co-owner of Raintree Farm. Jean is a mentor and often a mother figure for Kris. They often clashed with Kris and her son Matt about Wildfires training and the leadership of Raintree Farm together.
Pablo Betart ( Greg Serano ) A former prisoner and respected riders. Pablo discovered Kris ' talent for riding and dealing with horses when he was working as a volunteer coach at Camp LaGrange. He asked Kris as a helper on the Raintree Farm. He is co-owner of Wildfire with Jean and Matt and was formerly head coach of Raintree. He moved to Davis Farm, only to later return to the Raintree Farm.
Matthew " Matt" Ritter ( Micah Alberti ) The eldest son of Jean and Todd's older brother. He and his mother inherited one half the Raintree Farm when his grandfather Henry Ritter ( jeans father) died. Early on, Matt wanted to have nothing to do with the family business, with horses and horse racing. Later he discovered his talent for training and conditioning of thoroughbred horses and Rain Trees was head coach.
Kenneth " Ken " Bretford Davis, Sr. ( James Read ) Father of Dani and Junior. He made Davis Farms one of the most powerful racing stables in the country. He lost control of the farm when he was charged with six cases of fraud, which led him to transfer the farm and his funds from his children. In a series of events, he lost his majority interest in the farm to Dani. After he was acquitted of all ads, he bought 46% of the Davis farm back.
Kenneth Walter Davis "Junior" (Ryan Sypek ) Son and namesake of Ken and older half- brother of Dani. He once owned a nightclub, but verwettete him to his former bookmaker Bobby. He also dabbled in professional bull riding. Junior steadfastly refuses to take over the farm business, even if his father insists. And even though Junior tries his best to break the stereotype of the " rich kid ", he loves his Porsche convertible.
Todd Ritter ( Andrew Hoeft ) The quirky and intelligent beyond his years son of Jean and Matt's younger brother. He is in high school and lives on the Raintree Farm.
Gillian Parsons ( Charlotte Salt ) A wealthy heiress and member of the race committee. She was a silent partner and co-owner of Davis Farm along with Dani Davis, until it sold its shares to a third party company, which is what she did not know Ken Davis, Sr. belongs. Once belonged to her Wildfires single descendant, a colt named Flame who was born before Wildfire was barren.
