Will Patton

Will Patton ( born June 14, 1954 in Charleston, South Carolina ) is an American actor.

Life

Patton attended the North Carolina School of the Arts and at the Actors Studio Acting. He had his first major role in the television series Ryan's Hope in 1982-1983. Will Patton played until now in more than 60 films, including Postman by Kevin Costner. For this role he was nominated for a Saturn Award. In addition, Patton is also active in the theater. He received two Obie Awards for Best Actor for his performances in Sam Shepard's Fool for Love, and in the play What Did He See? by Richard Foreman.

Since 2011 he has been seen in the role of Captain Weaver in Steven Spielberg's sci-fi series Falling Skies.
