Will Young
Will Young ( born January 20, 1979 in Hungerford, Berkshire, UK; actually William Robert Young) is a British singer and actor.

Career
He started his career in March 2002 as the winner of the first talent show Pop Idol on British television. Also in March 2002, he came out as gay.
Wills first single included the song Evergreen, the earlier brought out the group Westlife, and Anything Is Possible, which was written by Cathy Dennis for the winner of the talent show. On the day of publication 403 027 copies were sold and thus the single biggest selling debut single in UK chart history. With over 1.7 million plates, the single is now on number 12 in the list of best-selling singles in the UK. Unlike most of the other Casting Stars world keeps his success in his home country to this day.
In other countries, Young tried to build on his success in the UK. In 2003, his debut album From Now On in Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. In Italy and in the Netherlands, he had been very successful, but remained the success in Germany. This may be due to the fact that he is not in the context of the first Germany sucht den Superstar season, which ran to this date presented. With the single All Time Love, he tried again in 2006 to make the breakthrough in Germany, but this again was denied him.
