Wimmera Highway

The Wimmera Highway is a highway in the west of the Australian state of Victoria and the South East of South Australia. It connects the Calder Highway Age scopes in Marong, about 15 km west of Bendigo, with the Riddoch Highway in Naracoorte.

Course

The Wimmera Highway branches in Marong from Calder Alternative Highway ( A790 ) to the west. In St. Arnaud he crosses the Sunraysia Highway ( B220 ), and continues on his way nachWesten until it hits north of Horsham on the Henty Highway ( B200). Together with this it runs south-west to Horsham.

In Horsham he crosses the Western Highway and is once again returning to the west. In Natimuk he turns to the west -south-west and leads to Eden Hope. There he again proposes a westerly direction and crosses 10 km west of Apsley the border into South Australia. Soon after he reached the Riddoch Highway (A66 ) in Naracoorte and ends.
