Xian Y-7

The Yunshuji Xian Y -7 (also: Y -14) is a technology developed from 1987 Chinese version of Soviet short-range transport aircraft Antonov An - 24, the Xi'an Aircraft Company with modified aerodynamics and seats for 48 to 52 passengers.

Description

Development began in April 1966 and the first flight of the first of four prototypes was carried out on 25 December 1970. Accidents

  • On 22 June 2000 a Y -7- 100C of Wuhan Airlines crashed as a result of storm over the airport of Wuhan, where 49 people lost their lives kamen.Insgesamt there were seven accidents with this machine.
