Yannick Salem

Yannick Salem Louniangou ( born March 29, 1983 in Amiens ) is a Congolese football player. Born in France, has been playing at the 1st January 2013 FC Wülfrath.

Career

The striker grew up in the youth of LB Châteauroux and moved at the age of 18 years to U.S. Créteil. After several club stations in France and the Netherlands Salem played in the 2008 /09 season for the Belgian second division club KSK Beveren. In 2008, he was first nominated for the Congolese national team. In 2009, he accepted an offer from Germany and signed a contract with the third division Eintracht Trier. Yannick Salem received a two-year contract, but moved already to the 2010/11 season to England Stockport County. The season 2011/12 he spent in Romania at Concordia Chiajna.

In January 2013, the striker was obliged by relegation-threatened Oberliga side 1 FC Wülfrath. After the descent of the association in the national league Salem moved back to Romania to FCM Târgu Mureş in the second division.
