Yekaterina Puzanova

Yekaterina Pusanowa (Russian Екатерина Пузанова; engl transcription Yekaterina Puzanova; . * January 1, 1979) is a former Russian middle distance runner.

In 2002 she became Russian Champion Hall about 800 m and 1500 m and won at the Indoor Athletics European Championships in Vienna about 1500 m. About the same distance she was disqualified at the European Championships in Munich in the lead during the summer.

In 2003 she defended her national indoor title over 800 meters. About the same distance they ran at the World Indoor Championships in Birmingham a sixth place, but was tested positive in the subsequent doping control on androstenedione and the nandrolone metabolite norandrosterone disqualified and banned because of this breach of the doping regulations for two years.
