Yelena Gulyayeva

Jelena Guljajewa (Russian: Елена Гуляева, English transcription Yelena Gulyayeva, born Родина - Rodina, . Born August 14, 1967 in Moscow) is a former Russian high jumper.

In 1991, she was starting for the Soviet Union, sixth at the World Indoor Championships in Seville. In the same year she was transferred at a competitive control of doping and banned for two years.

In 1993 she was fifth at the World Championships in Stuttgart, and in 1994 they finished fifth. At the European Indoor Championships in Paris and won the silver medal at the European Championships in Helsinki A fifth place finish at the World Indoor Championships in Barcelona in 1995 followed in 1996 by a fourth place at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. She was twelfth at the World Championships in Seville and 2001 Tenth at the World Championships in Edmonton in 1999.
