Yeşilova ( Turkish for green plain ) is a district and a district town in the western Turkish province of Burdur. The county Yeşilova was established in 1936. Previously it was a Nahiya with center Kayadibi, later Beylerli. In 1867 Satırlar finally became the capital of the circle.

The county is bordered on the north and west by the province of Denizli, on the south by Karamanlı and east to the central district of Burdur. In the district lie the lakes Salda Gölü, Akgöl and on the border with the Burdur Yarışlı Gölü.

In addition to the county town, there are in the district of the two communities Güney, Salda and 36 villages Akçaköy, Alanköy, Armutköy, Aşağıkırlı, Başkuyu, Bayındır, Bayırbaşı, Bedirli, Beyköy, Büyükyaka, Çaltepe, Çardak, Çeltek, Çuvallı, Dereköy, Doğanbaba, Düdenköy, Elden, Gençali, Gökçeyaka, Harmanlı, Horozköy, Igdir, Işıklar, Karaatlı, Karaköy, Kavak Kayadibi, Niyazlar, Onacak, Orhanlı, Örencik, Sazak, Taşpınar, Yarışlı and Yukarıkırlı.
