Yukinori Taniguchi

Yukinori Taniguchi (Japanese谷口 行 规, Yukinori Taniguchi; born September 27, 1968 in Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture) is a Japanese racing driver and businessman. He participated intermittently from 2008 to 2011 at the World Touring Car Championship ( WTCC).

Yuke 's

Taniguchi in 1993 founded the development studio KK Yuke 's (ユークス, yūkusu ). The company develops mainly wrestling computer games. With Yuke 's Taniguchi has been a majority owner in the Japanese Wrestling Association Shin- Nihon Pro Wrestling ( engl. New Japan Pro-Wrestling ).

Career in motorsports

Taniguchi initially joined on as a sponsor in motorsports. As a racer, he first took part in one-make cups and won the 2005 title in the Super Taikyu. In 2007 he was runner up in the Japan Le Mans Challenge.

2008 Taniguchi made ​​his debut in the World Touring Car Championship ( WTCC). For N.Technology he participated in a Honda Accord Euro R in four races. With a 19th place as best result he had no points. 2010 Taniguchi returned with bamboo -engineering back in the WTCC and received a Chevrolet Lacetti.
