Julija Sergejewna Petschonkina (Russian Юлия Сергеевна Печёнкина; engl transcription Yuliya Pechonkina, born Nossowa, Носова - Nosova; . * April 21, 1978 in Krasnoyarsk ) is a former Russian hurdler, which at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 2005 Gold 400 meters hurdles won. In addition, she holds the world record over this distance.

Julija Petschonkina ended her athletic career after the 2009 season. She is 1,76 m tall and weighs 66 kg.
