Yves Guéna

Yves Guéna ( born July 6, 1922 in Brest ) is a French conservative politician. From 1997 to 2004 he was a member of the Constitutional Council, where he served as its president from 1999 until his retirement. Guéna was for many years a deputy of the Dordogne, Mayor of Périgueux and Minister of Post and Transportation.
