Yves Herbet

Yves Herbet ( born August 17, 1945 in Villers -Cotterets ) is a former French football player and coach.

Playing career

The 1.67 m tall, lanky midfielder joined for the first time in the limelight when he won the 1962 france -wide competition of young footballer and was soon obliged it from UA Sedan- Torcy Erstdivisionär. Herbet thereupon broke off his studies in economics and focused entirely on the sport. Even with Le Havre AC (1982 /83), FC Sète ( 1983-1985), Cercle Laïque Dijon ( 1988-1990) and SO Chatellerault (1995 /96) he worked until 1990 always in the second division.

From 1999 to 2003 trained Herbet FUS de Rabat, he at least led to the Moroccan runner-up in 2001. He then briefly worked as coach of Bahrain, before he returned in the summer of 2003 to France, where he interim worked for the third division SCO Angers and then have some unterklassigen amateur clubs in Provence ( Olympique Barbentane, ES Apt, FC Tarascon ) 2004.
