Yvette Nicole Brown

Yvette Nicole Brown ( born August 12, 1971 in East Cleveland, Ohio ) is an American actress.

Life

Brown began her acting career in 2000 with extras roles.

In 2003, she sat down by a casting for the TV series Girlfriends, in which they then played in two episodes a guest role. Shortly thereafter, she received one of the main characters of the series The Big House, but this was canceled after six episodes. Between 2004 and 2007 she starred in 15 episodes of the comedy series Drake & Josh as well as in the movie based on the series Merry Christmas, Drake & Josh, the cinema owner Helen Ophelia Dubois. It has also had guest roles in series such as Malcolm in the Middle, Boston Legal and House MD. In the comedy series Community Since 2009 she plays the role of Shirley, a starring role alongside Chevy Chase.

Her film roles were small roles in The Island, Tropic Thunder and man, Dave! as well as supporting roles in The Ugly Truth with Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler and Hotel for Dogs with Don Cheadle and Emma Roberts in the lead roles.

Brown also turned television commercials for Citibank, among others, The Home Depot and LG.
