Zadar Airport ( kroat.: Zračna luka Zadar, Zadar Airport also engl. ) Is the international airport of Zadar in Croatia.

The airport is located 7 kilometers east of the center of Zadar, near the village of Donji Zemunik. In addition to the terminal there is a car park with 425 parking spaces and a storage place for car hire.

Since April 2013, the Zadar Airport is a Ryanair base with a stationed Boeing 737-800. Ryanair currently serves 16 European destinations in Germany, Ireland, UK, France, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and Norway with Zadar.

Approach

By car, the airport, among others, via the A1 motorway can be reached.

Furthermore, a shuttle bus runs between the harbor in the city center, the bus station and the airport of Zadar. Upon arrival of a scheduled flight at the airport the shuttle bus runs immediately to the bus station and the harbor. The departure times from the port (old bus terminal ) and main bus station to the airport are based on the departure times of scheduled flights from Croatia Airlines, Lufthansa, German, Ryanair, Eurolot Intersky, S7, Danube Wings and Skywork Airlines. Airlines and destinations

Croatia Airlines serves the route Zadar -Zagreb and Pula daily; there are seasonal in German-speaking Flights Croatia Airlines from Munich and Frankfurt. There are also connecting flights via Zagreb to Germany, Switzerland and Austria. German Wings flies seasonally to Cologne -Bonn and Stuttgart, InterSky to Friedrichshafen and Zurich and Lufthansa to Munich, Dusseldorf and Berlin- Tegel and Skywork Airlines to Bern. Ryanair operated in the summer timetable Frankfurt -Hahn, Weeze and Karlsruhe.
