Zell am See-Süd
Bulk village, known as the district of Zell am See -South is, with 5622 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2011), the most populous part of the district capital of Zell am See. Bulk village is a place by the lake, to manage unit Zell am See -south, which forms part of the town area of the city.

Trade
As the largest part of Zell am See Zell has experienced an upswing by the establishment of several companies at the lake -south.
The Prof. Ferdinand Porsche-Strasse and the glaciers Moosstraße was joined in the spring of 2008 with a new roadway. It is expected that cell will soon grow together at the lake -south with the neighboring village of Bruck an der Grossglockner road. The Kitzsteinhornstraße has evolved in recent years to a shopping street.

In Zell am See -south there is a retirement village, a youth center, a sports complex, a lido and tennis courts.

Traffic
Airfield of Zell am See
There is an airport ( ICAO: LOWZ ) with paved airstrip, as well as a hangar, terminal and tower. Currently, the airfield for sports and private jets is used. There are plans to rebuild the airfield.
Pinzgau Local Railway
The district of Zell am See -South is connected to the Pinzgau Local Railway, it is operated by Salzburg AG. The narrow-gauge railway has in Zell am See -south about three stops:
