1995–96 Divizia A
The Divizia A 1995/96 was the 58th season in the history of Romanian football league Divizia A. champion for the fourth time in a row Steaua Bucharest.
Regulate
The Divizia A played with 18 teams. The two last- placed teams were relegated in the Divizia B. For a victory, there were three points for a draw and one point for a loss no points. If two or more teams finish the season were tied, decided not goal difference, but a direct comparison.
Results
1 FC Selena Bacau changed its name to AS Bacau.
2 Sportul Studenţesc Bucharest wore its home games in Târgu Jiu.
