2007 CECAFA Cup
The 31st edition of the CECAFA Cup, officially in 2007 Amoudi Senior Challenge Cup, was held from December 8 to December 22, 2007 in Tanzania instead. Eleven Central and Eastern African teams played for the title of Eastern and Central Africa champion. Sudan won his second title.
Game Mode
The 11 participating countries played in three groups of four or three teams. The group winners, second -, and the two best third qualified for the quarter-finals. The two semi-final winners play in the final for the title. The semifinal losers played for 3rd place
Tournament
The Group C matches took place in Arusha. All other in Dar es Salaam.
