Bušín

Bušín ( German Buschin ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located six kilometers northeast of Štíty and belongs to Okres Šumperk.

Geography

Bušín extends to the south of the Gold Steiner highlands ( Branenská Highlands ) in the valley of the brook Hrůzná Voda, which is also called Bušínský creek. Through the village leads the state road I/11 Bludov by Cervena Voda. North-east rises the Strážnice (516 m), the west Pustina (626 m) and in the Pacific Northwest Na Lazech ( Hambálek, 602 m) and Na Stráži ( 647 m).

Neighboring towns are Hartíkov and Pustá in the north, Hostice in the northeast, Ruda nad Moravou and Doubravice in the east, Olšany and Klášterec the southeast, Na Horách Zborov and Horni Studénky in the south, Štíty the southwest, Březná and Bukovice in the west and Písařov and Jakubovice in northwest.

History

The first written mention of the village belonging to the reign Eisenberg was in 1490th, it is certain that Bušín is much older. Bušín was the seat of a Erbrichters. During the Thirty Years' War, took refuge in winter 1643 a large part of the inhabitants and hid until the spring to the Swede jumps in the forest Zmrzlík. Some froze to death there. In hooves register for 1677 25 economies are reported for Bušín. In the first half of the 19th century was the Františkův vrch and dismantled at the Králová hora iron ore. 1834 676 people lived in the village consisting of 100 houses. The school was opened in 1835. Between 1841 and 1844 by the building of the Imperial Road of Moravian Schönberg to Moravian Rothwasser that was performed above the village over several switchbacks on the Hambálek.

After the abolition of patrimonial Bušín / Buschin formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team chief town and the district court Schildberg. Until the advent of motor transport, the inhabitants of Bušín clamping services rendered to transport heavy wagons over the Hambálek. Bušín was always a dominantly agricultural village. Because of the low income, a large proportion of residents earning extra income by work at home in the brush manufacturing or wage went to work for the paper mill Olleschau. In 1900, the place consisted 117 houses and had 706 inhabitants. 1930, seven German among the 679 residents. As a result of the Munich Agreement in 1938 the community was annexed by the German Reich and belonged until 1945 to the district chief city. 1939 Buschin 671 inhabitants. During the period of occupation of a part of the inhabitants of the resistance movement against the Nazis closed. In 1950, 499 people in 147 houses in the village. On 1 January 1961, the community came to Okres Šumperk, at the same time Hartíkov was connected. 1976 nor was the incorporation of Janoušov, which existed until 1990. Hartíkov 1976 lost the status of a hamlet. In 1991, Bušín with Hartíkov together 447 inhabitants.
