Canton of Bruyères
The Canton Bruyeres is a French canton in the Arrondissement Epinal, in the Vosges and in the Lorraine region; its chief town is Bruyeres, Representative to the General Council of the department was 1979-2011 Michel Langloix (UMP ). He was succeeded by Christian Tarantola (PS).
Geography
The Canton Bruyeres is 22 951 hectares ( 229.51 km ²) in size and had (2006) 15,287 inhabitants, which corresponds to a population density of 67 inhabitants per km ².
