List of metro systems
The list of cities with subway runs all regions worldwide with full-fledged subway or similar systems. Establishments in which only single lines are run underground or independent from private, will not be listed here. LRVs are dealt with in a separate list. Extends a metro network over several neighboring towns, is only usually called the largest.
