Lüchow, Schleswig-Holstein
Lüchow is a municipality east of Hamburg in the Duchy of Lauenburg, in Schleswig- Holstein.
History
1230, the Slavic place inception in Ratzeburg tithe register was first mentioned. The possession of the place changed hands several times between Lauenburg and Lübeck. In the summer of 1945 a large number of refugees from East Prussia was taken.
Policy
Since the local elections of 2008, the voters Community WGL has all seven seats on the municipal council.
