Rivière-du-Loup Promutuel

The Promutuel de Rivière -du -Loup (English Riviere- du- Loup Promutuel ) was a Canadian ice hockey team from Rivière -du -Loup, Quebec. The team played from 2001 to 2004 in the Quebec Semi-Pro Hockey League.

History

The team was founded in 2001 as a franchise of the Quebec Semi-Pro Hockey League. In this she completed her first two seasons as sixth in the Ouest Division. In the ensuing playoffs but the team failed each in the first round. The season 2003/ 04 ended the Promutuel at number five on the Est Division and reached the second round of the playoffs for the Coupe Futura.

Following the 2003/ 04 season, the franchise was disbanded due to financial problems.
