Santo Tomas is a Philippine municipality in the province of Batangas. It has 124.740 inhabitants ( census of 1 May 2010 ). In the village there is a campus of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Policy

Mayor Edna P. Sanchez is the wife of the provincial governor of the province of Batangas Arman Sanchez.
