Stvolová

Stvolová ( German Stwolowa, formerly Stwolow ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located six kilometers north-west of Letovice and belongs to Okres Blansko.

Geography

Stvolová is located in the south of Svitavská pahorkatina both sides of the river Svitava. To the south extends the forest area Ochoz. In the northeast, the Budina the Vinohrádky rises (542 m), southeast (434 m) and in the northwest of the clup (519 meters ). In the eastern outskirts of the village the railway line Česká Třebová - Brno and state highway running I/43/E 461 Nearest railway station is Rozhraní.

Neighboring towns are Vilémov and Rozhraní in the north, Rumberk and Dolni Smržov in the northeast, Skřib in the east, Slatinka and Borová the southeast, Skrchov, Svitavice and Lazinov in the south, Dolni Poříčí and Vlkov the southwest, Horni Poříčí in the west and Bohuňov, Študlov and Bradlné in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of Stvolová took place in 1320 as a possession of the Vladiken Stvolová. In 1406 broke after the transfer of goods from Heralt of Stvolová on Petr of Stvolová between Bohuš and Heralt of Kunštát and Skaly a feud because of claims from. In 1504 Stvolová has been connected to the rule Letovice. 1790 established the religious fund the parish church of St. Exaltation was gepfarrt in Bradlné which also Stvolová. As of 1843 the construction of the railway from Brno to Bohemian Trübau was carried out by kk Northern State Railway. It also Svitava between Stvolová and Skrchov was regulated. After the abolition of patrimonial Stvolová, Skřib and Vlkov formed in 1850 in the districts of the municipality Rozhraní District Commission Boskovice. In Dolni Smržov a Protestant cemetery was created in 1868. 1880 was the community Stvolová with the districts Rozhraní, Skřib, Vilémov and Vlkov. In the year 1897 Rozhraní and Vilémov broke off and formed their own community. With the beginning of 1961 Stvolová was assigned to the Okres Blansko. 1986 Stvolová was connected to a district Letovice. Since 1990, the community is again. In 1991, 78 people lived in the district Stvolová. On 1 March 2001 80 inhabitants were counted in the village Stvolová who lived in 35 houses. The entire congregation now consists of 83 houses, of which 48 are used for residential purposes permanent.

The municipality consists of the villages Stvolová Skřib ( Skrib ) Stvolová ( Stwolowa ) and Vlkov ( Wlkow ).
