1980–81 Albanian Superliga

Kategoria e Pare The 1980/81 (in a sense: First League ) was the 42nd staging of the Albanian Football Championship and was hosted by the National Football Association Federata Shqiptare e Futbollit. The season began on 21 September 1980 and ended on June 7, 1981.

Course of the season

The league consisted of 14 teams. 1979/80 were Shkëndija Tirana and Apolonia Fier relegated from Kategoria e Pare, for the new season came KS Besëlidhja Lezha and Traktori Lushnja, both returned to the highest league after a year of abstinence, added. Titleholder was KS Dinamo Tirana.
