1991–92 Albanian Superliga

Kategoria e Pare The 1991/92 (in a sense: First League ) was the 53rd staging of the Albanian Football Championship and was hosted by the National Football Association Federata Shqiptare e Futbollit. The season began on September 21, 1991 and ended on 17 May 1992.

Course of the season

The League was increased from 14 to 16 teams compared to last year. In the 1990/91 season KS Luftëtari Gjirokastra was relegated from the Kategoria e Pare, for the new season came Pogradeci KS and KF Laçi and KS Selenica, both completed their first season in the highest Albanian Football League, added.
