2001–02 Ukrainian Hockey Championship
The 2001/02 season was the ninth season of the Ukrainian Hockey League, the highest Ukrainian Hockey League. Champion for the third time in club history the HK Berkut Kiev.

Mode
The 13 participants were divided into the main round in two divisions. The top two teams of Division A qualified directly for the playoff semifinals. The teams ranked three to five Division A qualified for the pre- playoffs as well as the winner of the Division B. In the playoffs, the Masters was played. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
