2012–13 Professional Hockey League season
The 2012/13 season is the second season of the Professional Hockey League, the highest Ukrainian Hockey League. Master was like last year, the HK Donbass Donetsk II
Mode
In the main round each of the seven teams completed a total of 36 games. The top six teams in the main round were then divided into two groups. Their two best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played while the last placed the second season phase, the season ended prematurely. A victory in the regular season brought a team 3 points. A win and a defeat after extra time was rewarded with 2 or 1 point. For a loss in regulation time, there were no points.

The HK Berkut was a part in the play-offs not allowed due to financial problems, and then the last placed Bily Bars Brovary nachrückte for the second season phase.
