2012–13 Slovenian Hockey League season
The 2012/13 season was the 22nd season of the Slovenian Hockey League, the highest Slovenian Hockey League.

HD mladi Jesenice, HDK Maribor and Olimpija HK determined in a double round the winner of the primary passage. All three were for the play- offs, which were held in the best-of -three mode, qualified. HDD Olimpija Ljubljana ( EBEL ) and HK HK Triglav Kranj and Ljubljana Slavija (INL ) were joined by the main round of the EBEL and the Inter- National League ( INL ) and were fixed qualified for the play-offs.
