2010–11 Cupa României
The Cupa României was played out in the season 2010/11 to 73 times. The official name of the competition was " Cupa României Timisoreana ". In the final game, which was played in Stadionul Tineretului in Brasov, Steaua Bucharest won the final against city rivals Dinamo Bucharest 2-1 and qualified for the UEFA Europa League by 2011/12.

The clubs in the League 1 took part only from the sixth round of the cup competition. Apart from the semi-finals, only one game was played.
