2013–14 Israeli Premier League

The Ligat ha Al 2013/14 is the 15th season since its introduction under this name in 1999, and the 72th season of the highest Israeli league in men's football. It began on 24 August 2013.

Men

Preliminary round

In the preliminary round, a double round between all 14 teams will be played. Subsequently, the six bestplatziertesten clubs qualify for the championship round in which besides the Israeli championship and the international launch will qualify. The other eight teams play in the relegation round against relegation to the second-class league Leumit.

Championship round

The clubs in places 1-6 in the preliminary round play in the connection for the championship. The results of all 26 first round matches will be played and a further double round between the six teams.

Relegation round

The clubs in the squares 7-14 in the first round play in the connection against relegation. The results of all 26 first round matches will be broadcast and discharged only a single round between the eight teams. The four bestplatziertesten clubs in the group stage thereby obtained a home game more than the other four. After completion of the round, the teams rise to the ranks of 13 and 14 from the second-class league Leumit.
