23 Marina

23 Marina is the name of a skyscraper in the desert city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The building is currently the tallest completed residential building in the world.

The building, the project developer Emaar Properties is the company, was completed in early 2012 and has 90 floors. The 393 -meter tall, slender residential tower ends with a pointed roof. In February 2010, the works were interrupted for a few weeks, the final height reached the building in June 2011, so it was until the topping-out ceremony of Princess Towers in January 2012, the second tallest building in the city after the Burj Khalifa. Once fully completed in January 2012 it was the highest opened purely residential building. This rank had to leave the building then in summer 2012 by the opening of Princess Towers again.
