Rose Tower

The Rose Tower with a height of 333 meters, is currently second highest pure hotel building in the world and is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is surpassed only by the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, also in Dubai, with its 355 meters by 32 meters. The tower stands along Sheikh Zayed Road and has included peak has a height of 333 meters. The fully completed in April 2009, construction was officially opened on 6 January 2010 and houses the eponymous Hotel Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The building has 72 floors and 482 hotel rooms. The project cost amounted to approximately 180 million U.S. dollars.
