Cayan Tower

The Cayan Tower ( during construction Infinity Tower ) is a skyscraper of the district Dubai Marina in Dubai. The foundation stone was laid in 2006, with completion of the building was in 2013. The height of the tower is 76 storeys 306 meters, its shape is characterized by a 90 degree turn upwards from. The entire skyscraper is used as a living room. Palma Real Estate developed the of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed the building. The Cayan Tower is located near the close higher Ocean Heights building.

The site was located on the eastern marina entrance near the sea. Early 2007 had the advanced foundation work be interrupted for a long time, because after a shore break at the Dubai Marina water had flooded into the 20 meter deep excavation.
