Dream Dubai Marina

Dream Dubai Marina ( formerly Marina 101) is a skyscraper on the eastern edge of the Dubai Marina in Dubai ( UAE) has been built since 2006, but is subject to a freeze since autumn 2011.

The needle-like, slender tower as a prominent part of a high-rise cluster to be 432 feet tall and have 101 floors. In the building to be built 324 hotel rooms and 506 residential units. Architect is the National Engineering Bureau. In February 2011, the work was suspended and resumed in June. Since October 2011, the rest work, probably for economic reasons, again. Two construction cranes are still on the unfinished skyscraper. The previously planned completion is scheduled for 2014.
