3rd AACTA International Awards
The AACTA International Awards 2014 were awarded by the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts, a company founded by the Australian Film Institute in August 2011, a non-profit organization, on 10 January 2014 Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles. You eehren the best films of 2013 outside Australia and are the counterpart to the 28 and January 30, 2014 held regular AACTA Awards for Australian films. The television broadcast took place on January 12, 2014 for the first time instead of on the Australian cable channel Arena.
The nominations were announced on 14 December 2013. With seven nominations it received the American Comedy Hustle most nominations, of which she won along with two Gravity and 12 Years a Slave. The only other price could Cate Blanchett won best actress for Blue Jasmine.
