Al-Qadir

Al - Qādir bi- ' llāh, Ahmad ibn Ishaaq, Arabic القادر بالله, أحمد بن إسحاق, DMG al - Qādir bi- ʾ llāh, Aḥmad b. Ishaq (* 941, † November 29, 1031 ), was the twenty-fifth caliph of the Abbasids ( 991-1031 ).
