Aleksey Igudesman

Aleksey Igudesman (Russian Алексей Игудесман; born July 22, 1973 in Leningrad, Soviet Union) is a Russian- German violinist, composer, conductor, and actor.

As Aleksey Igudesman was six years old, his family emigrated to Germany. At the age of 12 he was accepted at the Yehudi Menuhin School near London. From 1989 to 1998 he studied violin with Boris Kushnir at the Vienna Conservatory.

Musical Works

Aleksey Igudesman musical work was published by Universal Edition, and includes a wide repertoire of violin duets, violin sonatas and violin teaching schools.
